| San Francisco Our
first stop was San Francisco, after a long, long
flight from Adelaide. Our hotel was the 'Holiday
Inn' at Fishermans's Wharf, which was
excellent, and placed so close to some of the
major tourist places we wished to see.
We had 3 days at San Francisco, and although some
of the first day was wiped out with our jet lag
(the only place we really experienced it), we
managed to fit a lot in.

us. It's actually a restaurant, and it is
mobile - the island is powered by a motor to
allow it to move around the Bay |
